A beatifully converted Gozitan farmhouse with old features and a fabulous pool area with distant views of the citadel across rolling fields and terraces. Downstairs there is a living room with a wood-burning stove, an open plan kitchen/dining room, a twin room, a double room and two bathrooms. A stone staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a large twin room and shower room. an extra foldaway bed and/or a cot would easily fit in here if required. A door leads out onto a roof terrace where there are even clearer views and further steps lead up to the top roof area. The house has fans and, air conditioning in the bedrooms, for both cold air and heat.

Village Neighborhood
The house is located in the charming village of Ghasri with its signature red domed church. A small supermarket and the bus stop with regular buses into the capital Victoria are only a short walk away. The Inland sea and spectacular blue hole are a short drive from here as is the local craft village. A short distance away is the fabulous church of ta Pinu that, since the rumour started in 1883 of our Lady of Ta ‘Pinu talking to a local, has been a pilgrim destination for many. Visitors have included St John Paul 11 and Pope Benedict XV1. The capital of Victoria is a ten minute drive away and a visit to the ramparts of the Citadel to see 360 views of the Island, is a must.
